Questions about Delivery

Can I collect my order?

We are based in the UK.  The only store available for collection is in Birmingham.  The address is The Mailbox, 19 Wharfside Street B1 1RD on level 3.

You will have to state this at the time of order that you wish to collect your order from this store.  Please allow at least 2 days for your order to be packaged ready for collection. 

If you require your order sooner please call the store directly telling them that you have purchased your order online and would like to come in and collect at a specified time.

One of our Olivier Strelli team will use their best efforts to meet your requirements.  Your request must at all times be reasonable and we have the right to refuse any request from you.

We deliver to most countries.  Click here for more information.  If your country is not listed then we are unable to deliver to you country.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges depends on the weight of your order.  The amount of your delivery charge will be automatically calculated for you during the ordering process.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Import duties or additional charges may be payable once the package reaches its destination country.  These charges vary from country to country.

Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

All charges are your responsibility.  We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you as to how much this may be.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?

All deliveries are sent by Special delivery next day except deliveries outside of the UK.  This is because for the high value of goods and time this is the most cost effective and efficient delivery method from Royal Mail. 

If at any time this changes we will update the details on our website accordingly.  We always use our best efforts to ensure that you do not pay more than is necessary for the delivery of your order.

All orders to be sent within the UK if received before 12pm UK time will be despatched on the same day.  This means you will receive your order the following day before 1pm.  This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Some places take longer to deliver but Royal Mail still guarantees delivery within 3 working days by 5.30pm.

All orders received after 12pm will be despatched  not on the same day but the following day and you will then receive your order the day after.

We will always use our best efforts to despatch on time, however due to possible technical problems or stockage reasons there may be a delay and you may not receive it on the expected day of delivery.  However, in general you are likely to receive your order the day after you have placed your order with us as long as your order has reached us before 12pm.

We are not liable for any postal delays or force majeure.

What happens if no one is at home to take receipt of the order

All special delivery orders require a signature.  Anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the delivery.  If no one is at home Royal Mail will leave a card informing you a delivery has been made and no one was at home to take delivery of the order.  Further instructions of how to obtain your order will be on this card.
