Will I be able to order a product which no longer have the size I want it in or which have been sold out?

Unfortunately not.  Olivier Strelli is an exclusive designer which means that all our products are exclusively made.  All our products are made to limited amounts for each collection and cannot be re-ordered.  Each design only comes in different sizes and only a few will have a repeat of sizes.  However, there may be on some minor occasions the product is still available at another store.  You can always send in your request and we will try our best to locate the product for you.

We highly recommend you to promptly purchase a desired product as once the product is sold out the chances of finding another is very slim.  Popular products tend to sell out in a matter of weeks so be warned!

I need more information about a product

You will find information about the product on the product page itself.  From the shopping page with the list of the different products available click into 'More images and information'.  Once you have clicked into 'more info' this will take you to the product page.

On the product page you will find the product picture on the left.  If you scroll over this image it will enlarge accordingly to where you have scrolled over.

If you want a static image of the product click on 'Enlarge Image' underneath the picture of the product.

You will find more images of this product underneath including related or matching products for example the same product but in a different colour.

If you want more information on these pictured products just simply click on 'More images and information' and it will take you to the chosen product page.  Here you will find four tabs which you can click into to find more detailed information about the product.

This is information about the origin of make and material construction.

Care Information Tab

This is information on how to wash and care for your product.

Email a friend Tab

This allows you to share the product with a friend.  Simply fill in your friend's email address and they will receive a link that will take them directly to the product.

Above the product picture you will find a drop down bar next to ' Add to basket'.  This allows you to see what sizes are available.  If the size you require is not visible this means the product does not have it in your required size.  if you need more detailed information please contact the Product Advisor.

I saw this product on a celebrity.  Can you find it for me.
