How do I pay?

All payments are made online using the following payment methods.

What currency do I pay in?

We accept all payments in UK pound sterling only.  If you make a purchase through a bank outside of the UK your payment amount will automatically convert the correct amount to be paid in UK pound sterling.

Is it safe to order online?

We use Paypal for all our payment transactions.  They maintain very high standards of security for all transactions. 

When will the payment be made?

When you reach the page confirning your order and payment details page we immediately contact your bank/card provider for authorisation to take payment from your account.

Once the payment is authorised you will receive an email from Paypal confirming authorisation and one from ourselves confirming your order and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.

If the payment is authorised but we have a query with your order we will try to resolve this.  However, if this query is unresolved we will give a full refund back onto your card/bank.

If payment is not authorised by your bank/card provider your order will not be despatched and we will notify you of this.

How do I pay for gift vouchers?

This payment method is in the same way as for all other payments.

You can choose which amount of gift voucher you would like.  If you require an amount that is not available on the gift voucher page please send to us (Customer Care) the amount you require and we will arrange for a gift voucher of this amount.  See Gifts; Wrapping and Messaging.

How do I order gift wrap?

Provide details of gift wrap for example for which occasion and whether you would like to attach a gift message with the gift order at the time of submitting your order.
