When you register with us, your information is stored in 'My Account'.  Here, you can update or amend your personal details and your password.


Shop online

You can browse the website without needing to register.  If you would like to shop online you can either register first or at the time when you place your order.

When you register we will set up an account for you.  You will need to enter all the details required and to insert a password which will only allow you to access your account.

Once you have registered, you will only need to 'sign in' next time as we will already have your personal details.

For security purposes, you will have to insert your payment details on each purchase made.  We apologise for this inconvenience but the security of your information is extremely important to us.

For your own security do not disclose your password to anyone.


Forgot password

Don't worry.  If you have forgotten your password go to the Sign in or Register page and click on 'Forgotten Password' and enter your email address.  We will then send you a new password to your email address.

Once you have your new password, enter it on the 'Sign in' page and from 'My Account' you can change the password to one which you will easily remember.

                                                                                                                                     
Log Out

Ensure you log out completely after each session especially if you use a shared or public computer to shop at Olivier Strelli.  This is to prevent other users from accessing your personal information.

We never make your personal details available to companies outside of Olivier Strelli UK group for marketing purposes.

Receiving Emails

We will send emails to you to assist with your online shopping.

Emails will be sent  to each customer confirming order, despatch or any changes or enquiries to your account.

There may be times where we will contact you if there is a problem with payment or delivery of your order.

We will also keep you up-to-date about our special offers, new products or events.  If you want to receive our regular email newsletters just click on the 'receive newsletter' link in My Account.

If you want to discontinue receiving emails from us, click on the 'I do not want to receive regular updates' link and you will be removed from our address list for regular updates.
