Collect my order

We are based in the UK.  The only store available for collection is in Birmingham.  The address is The Mailbox, 19 Wharfside Street B1 1RD on level 3.

You will have to state this at the time of order that you wish to collect your order from this store.  Please allow at least 2 days for your order to be packaged ready for collection.  If you require your order sooner please call the store directly telling them that you have purchased your order online and would like to come in and collect at a specified time.

One of our Olivier Strelli team will use their best efforts to meet your requirements.  Your request must at all times be reasonable and we have the right to refuse any request from you.

All collections are subject to availability.

 Delivery destinations

We deliver to most countries.  If your country is not listed then we are unable to deliver to you country.

We are not liable for any postal delays or force majeure.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.          

UK Deliveries

Deliveries in the UK are sent by Special delivery next day except deliveries outside of the UK.  This is because for the high value of goods and time this is the most cost effective and efficient delivery method from Royal Mail. Delivery charges start from £4.75 up to 1Kg for Special Delivery Next Day.  If at any time this changes we will update the details on our website accordingly.  We always use our best efforts to ensure that you do not pay more than is necessary for the delivery of your order.

All orders to be sent within the UK if received before 12pm UK time will be despatched on the same day.  This means you will receive your order the following day before 1pm.  This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.  This Special Delivery Next Day is provided by Royal Mail Mondays to Fridays except public and holidays.  Deliveries cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail if they receive the order on Saturdays.

All orders received after 12pm will be despatched  not on the same day but the following day and you will then receive your order the day after.We will always use our best efforts to despatch on time, however due to possible technical problems or stockage reasons there may be a delay and you may not receive it on the expected day of delivery.  However, in general you are likely to receive your order the day after you have placed your order with us as long as your order has reached us before 12pm.

International Deliveries

For International deliveries we use Royal Mail Airsure®.            

Royal Mail track all Airsure® items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. In most circumstances you will also be able to get electronic confirmation of delivery via Track & Trace.


Airsure® delivers to 28 destinations in the following three geographic postal zones:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zone 1: USA and Singapore

World Zone 2: New Zealand

When your order is delivered the item will be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering the item to confirm it has arrived. A signature is not taken but the electronic delivery confirmation is used to update Royal Mail's Track & Trace.

All Airsure® mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, making it up to one day faster, in some cases, than our target Airmail delivery time of three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world.

Currently, we only deliver using Airsure® up to the value of £500 on an order.  We will deliver further information on international orders over £500 shortly.  Please watch this space for updates to international deliveries.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Import duties or additional charges may be payable once the package reaches its destination country.  These charges vary from country to country.  Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

All charges are your responsibility.  We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you as to how much this may be.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order online through our courier's website, Royal Mail's Track and Trace system which provides details of delivery time and date.  Click on Track and Trace

We aim to deliver so that you receive your order within the times indicated however, sometimes there may be delays.  If you do not receive your delivery within the specified time please allow for an extra day and if you still do not receive your order contact our Customer Care with your order number.

                                                                     

What happens if no one is at home to take receipt of the order?

All special delivery orders require a signature.  Anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the delivery.  All Airsure® deliveries will need a confirmation of receipt from the delivery address.  If no one is at home Royal Mail will leave a card informing you a delivery has been made and no one was at home to take delivery of the order.  Further instructions of how to obtain your order will be on this card.
