Returns Policy

Order Cancellations
Under the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Olivier Strelli for a full refund. This does not apply to products which are made to order for eg a pair of trousers specifically altered to the length required.
Once payment is taken, no charges to the order or any cancellation may be made. It is therefore very important that you check your measurements prior to payment. This does not affect your legal rights.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days to Customer Care.
If your order has already been despatched, you will need to return the order to us.
Return/Exchange
You can return your purchase by returning the product(s) to us in their original condition packaging including accessories, with all labels still attached, unused and unworn in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Excluded Products
No refund is available on the following products (This does not affect your legal rights):
-Made to order product(s)
-Gift Vouchers
-Marked/soiled product(s)

Gift Product(s) And Sale Item(s)
Refunds on any gift product(s) and sale item(s) will be in the form of a credit note receipt to be used within 12 months of issue.
This can only be used through strelli.co.uk or in store (subject to the manager's discretion).
All gift wrap including accessories is to be returned with the purchased product(s) in order to fully effect the refund.
Your responsibility
The product(s) is/are your responsibility until it reaches us. We highly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product(s). The cost and risk of returning the product(s) to us is your responsibility.
Please complete the enclosed Return Form sent with your invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to:

Refund/Exchange
In compliance with return/exchange requirements we will issue a refund excluding original delivery charge on receipt or exchange the product(s) for a different size/colour if preferred.
Please allow at least two weeks to process your refund once we have received your order. The refund will be credited to the payment card account in accordance with our Refunds Policy. An email confirming the refund will be sent to you if you have an email address.
Faulty Product
If the product(s) you received is faulty please contact Customer Care.
Quote your order number, name, address, details of product(s) and reasons for return. Here you can choose to have a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how you return your order to us. You have 21 days from receipt of order to return a faulty product(s) to us.
Wrong product
In the event that you have received a product(s) which is not your original order, please contact Customer Care. Quote your order number, name, address and details of product(s). You have 7 days from receipt of order to return the product(s) back to us.
Marked/soiled product(s)
We are unable to accept the return of any product(s) which have a scent or marks left which includes but not limited to by perfume, deoderant, aftershave, make-up and hairspray.
Discount/Voucher Codes
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value. (The Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights).
