The Product Advisor can give you advice and guidance on all Strelli clothing including materials, cuts, fabrics and care instructions. A personal service right at your fingertips anywhere in the world.
What products can I order?
The products that we showcase are per season. However, you may find current or even previous season's products under Sales. We have two seasons per year; Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. These products cover clothing and accessories for men and women including leatherwear and fragrances. See Directory List of all categories for both men's and women's.
The Product
Each product has its own name and by clicking into the items you will find futher details on the product. You can search quickly for an item by inserting the product name into the search toolbarfor quick results or you can search for the product by categories eg men's jumpers.
Description
Here you will find a brief description relating to the item regarding colour, style, cut or fabric and any special details.
Features
Here you will find details on the country of make and material composition. If no country is stated it is to be assumed that it is made in Europe.
Care Information
Here you will find washing and care instructions relating to the product. We also advise that you check the wash label carefully before your first wash and to follow these instructions rigorously as many of our items are made up of a composition of materials which require a standard of care to ensure prolong use of the product. If in doubt please contact our Product Advisor.
Pictures
You will have a static picture on the left which you can scroll over for close-up on the right. Or you can double click on the 'Enlarge Image' tab under picture for a static close-up in a new window. Underneath the product information box you will find close-up pictures of the product you are looking at including related items to the product.
Related Items
These are products that are of the same product but in different colour or materials or match the chosen product suggested by our product advisor. If this is of interest to you you can then double-click onto the picture and it will automatically take you to the chosen product.
Once you have chosen the product you can choose the size you require under the drop down bar above the item picture and then add it into you basket. You will find this on the left hand side of the size toolbar with a basket logo and 'Add to basket' wording. Click once and it will add the product into your basket.
You can continue shopping or you can go directly to the check out and make payment. Further instructions will help guide you through the transaction.
Availability
We continually update our stock availability on our website and always show the available colour, sizes and styles on offer. In the unlikely event that there are problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Gift; Wrapping and Messaging
You can order and send the product(s) to a third party.
Provide details of gift wrap for example for which occasion and whether you would like to attach a gift message with the gift order at the time of submitting your order.
If you wish to send a gift message with the order please provide the gift message to be sent with your order at the time of ordering.
This gift message service can be for personal or commercial gift messaging. You agree that any gift message you provide to us will not contain anything which can be construed as racist, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening or which may cause upset or distress to any person or which is unlawful.
You are entirely responsible for any text and details on this message and Olivier Strelli accepts no liability for any such content. We have the right to refuse to send messages and can terminate access to the gift messaging service to you at any time and without liability to you.
